Time to break the rules. Here’s a cocktail that’s both unexpected and elegant, combining the fruity freshness of our Voiturette rosé with the green depth of matcha tea. The result? A sparkling, smooth yet vibrant cocktail — perfect to surprise your guests.

🍸 Recipe of matcha Voiturette Fizz

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

  • 8 cl Voiturette rosé
  • 1.5 cl cane sugar syrup
  • 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp high-quality matcha powder
  • 6 cl sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon zest & fresh basil leaf (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Preparation :

  1. In a shaker, combine the sugar syrup, lemon juice, and matcha powder. Stir vigorously until the powder dissolves.
  2. Add the rosé and a few ice cubes. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon and a fresh basil leaf.
