Time to break the rules. Here’s a cocktail that’s both unexpected and elegant, combining the fruity freshness of our Voiturette rosé with the green depth of matcha tea. The result? A sparkling, smooth yet vibrant cocktail — perfect to surprise your guests.
🍸 Recipe of matcha Voiturette Fizz
Ingredients (for 1 glass):
- 8 cl Voiturette rosé
- 1.5 cl cane sugar syrup
- 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp high-quality matcha powder
- 6 cl sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon zest & fresh basil leaf (for garnish)
👩🍳 Preparation :
- In a shaker, combine the sugar syrup, lemon juice, and matcha powder. Stir vigorously until the powder dissolves.
- Add the rosé and a few ice cubes. Shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon and a fresh basil leaf.
