Remote work: flexibility and team spirit at V&Co
Since February, remote work has been implemented at Vignobles & Compagnie for eligible roles, following approval by management and the HR department.
A welcome adaptation to modern work practices 👏 that allows employees to reduce commuting time once a week, while ensuring a minimum four-day presence on site to foster team spirit and a sense of togetherness.
This new approach is already seen as a collective success, offering a balance between flexibility and commitment in support of workplace wellbeing and performance.
