At Vignobles & Compagnie, every wine is the result of teamwork. Behind this finely tuned machine, François leads the orchestra. Trained as an oenologist, he is now our Site and Production Manager—a key position that calls for precision, structure… and a lot of listening.
🎓 After studying oenology in Burgundy, Beaujolais, and the Rhône Valley, François found in V&Co a place where he could fully express his ambitions. He oversees the entire winemaking process—from planning to bottling—while coordinating each team with care. It’s a demanding role that leaves no room for chance.

What drives him? The will to craft wines that are true to their terroir—coherent, precise, and trustworthy. François strives to balance technical mastery and emotional resonance, so that every bottle lives up to our clients’ expectations.
He is also a committed manager who believes in empowering each team member and fostering a collective energy.
