Château des Sources (55 ha) is located east of Costières de Nîmes in the village of Bellegarde, in the Gard region. The three springs nestled in a beautiful 5-hectare park continuously feed several nearby lakes.
The cuvée “S” is a tribute to the “Sources” that give soul and strength to the Château’s wines. “S” as in “Selection”, from a blend of the estate’s most exceptional parcels.
This Costières de Nîmes reveals aromas of ripe fruit and licorice, enhanced by hints of spice and vanilla. Its delicate oak character and layered complexity reflect the richness of the Mediterranean terroir.

AN ODE TO ROMAN HERITAGE, A BRIDGE BETWEEN PAST AND PRESENT.
In the sunnny plains and steep hills of the Rhône Valley, an invisible bond
crosses the ages, mingling the whispers of history and the vibrant of the land.
Over 2,500 years ago, the first Greek settlers landed on the shores of
the Mediterranean, bringing with them not only amphorae of wine, but
also a viticultural know-how that was to transform the region. These pioneers explored the valley’s fertile soils, finding a unique terroir where the sun, mistral and rich soils combined to create ideal conditions for vines.
Esprit des Vestiges draws its essence from this exceptional terroir. Each wine is conceived as a time capsule, an echo of ancient traditions where the intensity of the sun, the freshness of the Mistral, and the authenticity are found.
