The Vignobles & Compagnie team gathered for its summer seminar, a moment of strategy, connection, and creativity.
The morning opened with a strategic review (key figures, market trends, and a message from management), followed by a collaborative workshop on Quality of Work Life, focused on “working better together.”
🥂 At noon, we enjoyed a preview tasting of our new rosés, paired with a festive paella lunch.
🎥 In the afternoon, teams created short videos on the world of V&Co for a fun and creative team-building experience.
