Within the framework of its activities, Vignobles & Compagnie is committed to a CSR approach in order to better understand the social, economic, environmental and societal issues.

Concerned about the well-being of our consumers and employees, it is essential for us to transmit the values that drive the Winery: the spirit of challenge, solidarity and commitment through 4 fundamental pillars.

Creating value for ourselves and for the sector
We pay particular attention to our products, in order to guarantee exceptional quality and to constantly improve customer satisfaction. This is achieved through innovation, but also by maintaining and developing our partnerships with winemakers, suppliers and local institutions.

Promoting human capital
Well-being at work is an important part of our CSR approach. By stimulating social dialogue and supporting human resources, we strengthen the quality of life at work. This project also includes local actors: schools, culture, associations, etc.

Improving the internal organisation
It is important to optimise all the tools and processes within Vignobles & Compagnie by structuring our communication system.

Support our environmental project
The well-being of our terroir is essential, both from an ecological and a qualitative point of view for our wines. In connection with the preservation of biodiversity, we are keen to develop our organic and biodynamic wine offer. We want to promote this project and sustainable agriculture to all our partners.
