Commitment, method and a sustainable vision at the heart of V&Co 🍇

At Vignobles & Compagnie, quality is not limited to the product. It forms part of a comprehensive, structured and sustainable approach. In this regard, Anne-Karine Grosdemange plays a key role. As Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) Manager in charge of CSR, she ensures that our commitments are put into practice on a daily basis, with rigour and consistency.
🌱 Having joined in November 2025, Anne-Karine is part of a dynamic drive to structure, steer and advance our CSR approach. This is a fundamental task, often behind the scenes, but essential for aligning our practices with the environmental, social and societal challenges facing the wine sector.
Her role? Supporting teams, formalising processes, monitoring indicators and driving continuous improvement. A cross-functional approach that spans all areas of the business, from production and logistics to marketing.
A few months after joining, Anne-Karine played an active role in renewing our AFNOR ‘Engagé RSE’ certification. This was a significant milestone for the company, validating the consistency and maturity of our approach.
« As QSE Manager responsible for CSR at Vignobles & Compagnie, I was delighted to contribute to the renewal of our AFNOR ‘Engagé RSE’ certification last February. We have maintained a ‘confirmed’ level, just a step away from the ‘expert’ level, which demonstrates the maturity of our approach and the quality of the initiatives we have implemented. This recognition confirms our structured commitment and our determination to continue making progress in the area of corporate social responsibility. »

This “confirmed” level, close to “expert” status, highlights a reality: CSR at V&Co is not just talk, but an established practice.
Beyond certifications, Anne-Karine has a clear vision: to make CSR a driver of overall performance. This involves concrete choices: selecting more sustainable materials, optimising resources, and continuously improving working conditions.
Her approach is based on a balance between regulatory requirements, operational pragmatism and human commitment. An essential combination for driving a company’s sustainable development.
At Vignobles & Compagnie, CSR is a journey, not a destination. Thanks to committed individuals like Anne-Karine, we are pursuing our ambition: to produce quality wines whilst respecting our environment and the men and women who shape it.🍷
